ironetic is proud to announce the wildly successful launch of The ManyRealms™ e-commerce destination and retail store chain in Las Vegas, NV. The ManyRealms offers a fantasy experience for fans of trading card games (TCGs), board games, role-playing games (RPGs) & collectibles. At the entrance to the portal, you’ll find many gaming accessories including dice, playmats and card sleeves. In just 4 months, the Many Realms has opened two retail locations in Las Vegas: the ManyRealms Hub and ManyRealms Arena, both of which run sanctioned TCG events. It has also established a national reputation as a preferred e-commerce destination.

ironetic’s foundational contribution to the company and its launch was absolutely vital to the brand’s success. The ManyRealms name was suggested by Ron Ferraro, with the premise of being a magical portal where one might access various fantasy realms. The idea was drawn from the lore of Sennzia and its fairy doors. The purple logo was designed and provided by Jai and Ron Ferraro with elements like the Flower of Life and teal accents having been suggested by other ManyRealms stakeholders.

ironetic delivered an arcane host of other-realmly services to the Many Realms team:

  • Conceived and designed the ManyRealms brand name, logo and portal concept
  • Produced the initial pre-launch “teaser” landing page and animated video
  • Developed a customized Shopify theme, generating substantial organic search traffic and a stellar conversion rate.
  • Collected customer email lists, then conceived and delivered an email marketing campaign that increased social media followers by over 80%
  • Provided IT support, setting up and managing all Many Realms email accounts
  • Provided social media guidance and automated posting assistance to the media team
  • Handled domain registration and DNS management
  • Researched and provided a comprehensive list of wholesale distributor accounts
  • Researched and introduced software-as-a-service (SaaS) warehouse management systems (WMS) for the fulfillment team
  • Wrote custom software with role-based access (RBAC) for bin location tracking, collecting job applications and viewing incoming orders

When a product launch went awry and shook customer trust, making reputation management a critical issue, Ron Ferraro stepped in with a solution. Ron reached out to establish a launch partnership with EQL. EQL is the world leader in fair and reliable product launches for high-demand, limited quantity products. EQL specializes in filtering out bots and other bad actors from accessing or hoarding inventory, allowing fans a fair and equal, stress-free opportunity to complete purchases and win the products they love. You can find out more about EQL and its impact on The ManyRealms sales, reputation and overall launch success here:

On the creative & marketing side, ironetic also provided the ManyRealms “Arena” logo, illustrated by hand by Ron Ferraro. The ironetic team then worked closely with Sign Centers of Las Vegas to produce the absolutely stunning Arena signage seen here:

Meanwhile, ironetic’s Oracle, Jai Ferraro, continues to perfect the ManyRealms website, continually tweaking its content, menu, graphics and search features. She also offers regular marketing campaign suggestions, social media support and upholds critical IT services and systems for the company.

Most recently, ironetic negotiated and coordinated a series of theater advertising spots and banner placement at AMC Town Square during the first two weeks of Marvel’s “Fantastic Four: First Steps.” The campaign was conceived and executed by ironetic with assistance and performances from ManyRealms staff. The primary goal was to elevate brand awareness of the ManyRealms stores to local Las Vegas filmgoers. While the ironetic edit was not the version ultimately chosen to grace the silver screen, it is with tremendous excitement that we announce the world premiere of the “ironetic cut” of the ManyRealms promo! This version features an original, cinematic score and a vocal performance by the incomparable Marc Valentin of KQNG Radio. It also offers a brief vocal performance by Ron Ferraro, undergoing voice alteration to become the character “Bethany Brittlebone” from WendiWitch Hollow.

Here it is, the ManyRealms promo “ironetic cut”, shown for the first time ever:
